If you have asthma, PADI requires you to complete a spirometry (lung function) test as part of your diving medical. This ensures your airways are clear and stable enough for safe diving. We offer full spirometry assessments specifically for scuba divers with asthma at our Manchester, Telford, Birmingham, and Wolverhampton clinics only.
