Unfortunately, due to an issue with our bank, we were unable to process any deposit payments from Saturday, January 1st, 2025, to Friday, February 14th, 2025.
While we have record of your intended deposit payment, our system shows that it has not been successfully processed, which is preventing us from finalising and signing off your medical.
