Section 88 Letter only £40!

Do you require a Section 88 Letter?

Only £40 - official certificate provided!

We provide a letter from head office to keep you on the road!

A Section 88 letter is an essential document that allows you to continue driving legally while your driving license application or renewal is being processed by the DVLA. This letter serves as a temporary certification of your fitness to drive, providing peace of mind for both you and your employer. You must have completed your D4 Medical assessment with us within the last 4 weeks.

Why Do I Need a Section 88 Letter?

If your driving license is under review or renewal, you may not be allowed to drive without confirmation of your fitness.

A Section 88 letter fills this gap by officially stating that you are medically fit to drive while awaiting the DVLA’s decision.
Section 88 of The Road Traffic Act 1988 may allow you to continue driving even though you do not hold a current driving licence.

This is particularly crucial for professional drivers who rely on their license for work, ensuring they can continue driving without interruption.

What Does a Section 88 Letter Cover?

A Section 88 letter confirms that you meet the medical standards required to drive, even while your official license renewal or application is being processed. It covers your fitness to operate a vehicle based on the DVLA’s medical guidelines, and can be used for both personal and professional driving needs. This letter provides legal assurance that you are fit to drive under the terms of Section 88 of the Road Traffic Act.

How long is Section 88 cover valid for?

A Section 88 letter is valid until:

  • One your of your application
  • You have your new driving license
  • Your license is removed or revoked
  • You have been disqualified from driving
