A safety critical medical is a health check for workers undertaking safety-critical tasks, or any undertakes a task defined as safety critical by site rules, client policy, or national standards.

These are thorough assessments and in-depth medicals designed to build a comprehensive health picture, especially if someone is suffering from medical conditions or undergoing any medical treatment, or if they have medical conditions or are undergoing changes in medical treatment that could affect safe performance.
